Anup has more than 18 years of consulting experience gained through an array of projects for both government and commercial organisations within Australia and overseas. His consulting expertise includes, Strategy and Planning; Benefits Realisation; Information Management; Process Improvement; Organisational Change; Business Analysis; and Program and Project Management.
Anup has been involved in the design, development and delivery of several key programs, and has been responsible for providing support, mentoring and development of efficient service delivery capabilities for organisations including information and knowledge management.
Anup has also been an active member of senior teams responsible for providing thought leadership, developing and introducing best practice methodologies, frameworks and tools within various domains.
